Options for Undergraduate Students
If you have just started thinking about a career in engineering, our site-based undergraduate programs may be just right for you. Because many undergraduate engineering classes have laboratory requirements, we do not offer an undergraduate online degree in engineering. However, the college is committed to helping future professionals like you meet their goals. To do this, we have partnered with several North Carolina institutions to bring the quality of NC State University’s undergraduate instruction to the distant edges of North Carolina. Through various instructional technologies, you can complete a pre-engineering program at one of our partner institutions and later transfer to NC State University to complete your undergraduate degree. A complete Bachelor of Science in Engineering degree (BSE) is also available in Asheville and Havelock. To get started, choose one of the options below.
Undergraduate Pre-Engineering Programs (Also Known as 2+2)
