be referred to as Eos IDs) in order to access the secured Online Course

You will need to use your ID and password to log in to the Engineering Online's computer server for access to all online course materials. Your Eos ID will remain the same throughout the time you are affiliated with NC State. It is the basis for your Eos e-mail address and may not be shared. For your account security, your password must remain private. You should change it the first time you log on to your account and at least once a semester.
