Degree Application
Procedures

Graduate
To be considered for admission in full graduate standing, an applicant must have a baccalaureate degree from a college or university recognized as standard by a regional or general accrediting agency and must have at least a "B" average in the undergraduate major or in the latest graduate degree program. View the NC State Graduate School website for more information.

Undergraduate
If you are interested in applying to the 2+2 program, you can follow the same degree application procedures that other degree-seeking students follow at your initial site. There are no additional entrance requirements. Be sure to specify Engineering as your program of interest. However, be sure to contact the site Engineering advisor before course pre-registration.

Computer Programming Certificate
Anybody can take classes offered through the CPC Certificate Program. There is no special application procedure to enroll. After successfully completing CSC 114, contact Dr. Barbara Adams (Phone: 919-513-7888) to be admitted into the program. Once you have completed all of the required courses, contact Dr. Adams and your transcript will be updated to reflect your certificate acquisition. At that time, you will receive a Computer Programming Certificate suitable for framing.
