ISE 589 Project Management for Engineers
 

This course covers a wide variety of project management topics specifically geared towards engineers.  Discussion of subject areas that impact the success of projects such as organizational structure and risk assessment.  Scheduling, planning, cost control, and pricing among many other topics will be covered.  3 credit hours.

• Course Objectives
 

Develop an understanding of project management terminology and tools. Create schedules, costs, risk assessment for projects through the use of case studies.  Assess impact of scope changes, organizational challenges, and contracts on project success.
