Procedure for Withdrawal – Non-Degree Studies Student

  1. Log in to MyPack Portal.
  2. Select on Student Homepage then click on Planning and Enrollment.
  3. Click on the left side menu item and select Term Withdrawal.

Procedure for Late Withdrawal – Non-Degree Studies Student

  1. Please go to NDS Late Withdrawal Request.
  2. Follow all directions in completing the form.
